Tokayev calls road quality Kazakhstan's 'Achilles' heel'

ASTANA. Sept 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has called the quality of Kazakhstan's roads an "Achilles' heel" and warned that officials who fail to fix the problem will face consequences.
