Kazakh authorities break up illegal manganese mining operation worth 950 million tenge

ASTANA. Oct 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's financial monitoring agency said Friday it has shut down an illegal manganese ore mining operation in the Ulytau region, seizing assets valued at more than 950 million tenge.
