Kazakhstan builds 1,342 schools in seven years – president

ASTANA. Oct 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan is taking consistent steps to improve education because the strength of an advanced state depends on the quality of its human capital, not just natural resources, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
